Job Requirements Solid accounts payable experience (5 years minimum; no beginners), particularly with three way matching process, through software application (purchase order, receipt of goods and AP invoice). High volume payables experience is necessary. Comfortable with matching and working with purchase orders. Recent accounting software experience. Candidates must be detailed and able to work well independently. Must have excellent phone/communication skills. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Looking for combination of high attention to detail, thoroughness and completeness of documentation gathering and matching, solid coding and cut-off posting skills, vendor statement reconciliations, must be able to work at a fast pace on several tasks, simultaneously with ability to improvise and change course, based on time tables involved. Must be practical and flexible without compromising a competent end result.
