I am a woman on disability who needs a replacement dog because of the loss of her beagle.  I live in an adult apartment bldg. so I would need this special personal to be housetrained to outdoors and loves to be cuddled.  A new beagle would be great.  Doctor feels it would help me both physically and mentally to get another one.  Also, a mini dog, or a puggle.
If someone has one could they also lend me an extra dish, leash and food until by check is in the mail from SSI.
