Wanted: trustworthy steward for house sitting

I want a situation were we can barter Little to No Rent for house/apt sitting yard work pet sitting or even office work etc-I have a business degree and 15 years work experience.I can house or apartment sit too-right or near the beach would be nice. I am presently looking for employment and I will find work that's for sure.My lease runs out monday 6/30/08 and my funds are dried up,what I want is to move in by 7/1/ or 7/2 preferably. If you have a place and a need I can meet, I would appreciate this so much.About myself-I am reserved, friendly but most important thing is my integrity and I am a good steward too.
